Legal Action Despite offer to Pay

Sadly i lost my job at the beginning of the year and have endeavoured to keep ABSA informed as well as to what payment arrangements I was able to make on my Credit Card.<br> Unfortunately, nobody ever makes notes on the system and emails go unread or just plain no response.<br> I am now threatened with Legal Action, despite my offer to pay R2500 per month. They want 3 installments of R12000 OR ELSE:<br> FROM ABSA :<br> At this point it is our instruction to obtain a Judgment and proceed with all necessary steps that may be required to recover the full outstanding balance from you, inclusive of legal cost, collection commission as well as interest, to which you agreed to when accepting the terms and conditions mentioned above. In light of the aforementioned and in light of the fact, this matter has been referred to writer hereof to attend to the preparation of a Summons, Judgment and Warrant of Execution in order to recover from you monies that are lawfully owed.<br> <br> I am fully aware of what I owe, hence my offer.<br> <br> How sad that Project Sunrise never did what it intended to do in trying to maintain its customer base.<br> <br> FIRST NATIONAL BANK have happily accepted my payment arrangements.<br> <br> <br>
