Lebogang (Specialist Case Manager) was outstanding

Lebogang (Specialist Case Manager) was outstanding. Sadly she couldn't solve my problem (mentioned in my previous review) and I had to go to a branch, but she really tried her best to assist and gave me numerous calls. I was impressed and I think she deserves the praise.
