Lebogang, ABSA's angel! :-)

Lockdown was a rough time, I often struggled communicating with ABSA and at times if felt like it was impossible to reach anyone unless I approached via HelloPeter. ABSA had amazing payment plans and options available, but to communicate with ABSA often felt like a nightmare...

Then a lady name Lebogang Mashiane, the ABSA Specialist Case Manager came made contact with me...like the ANGEL saving me from my nightmares. She helped me with my banking nightmares, she was patient in her mails, communicated with the debt department on my behalf, etc etc.

So I want to say THANK YOU to Lebo, your help and assistance made one of the harder and more stressful periods in my life much easier. ABSA I think you have one heck of an awesome employee in Lebo, many others can learn from her professionalism, punctuality and just plain eagerness to help!
