Leaking roof

Reference claim nr 3****98. I reported hail damage to my patio roof, ABSA appointed Mnisi+ Associate to handle the project. I paid an excess of R800.0 towards the claim. I unfortunately have been experiencing leakage when it's raining. Mr Mnisi has on several times came through several times reseal the leakage but the problem does not go away. The last he came through was on the 15th of October , and with the last haivy rains we had , the leakage is even worse. I wrote an email to ABSA claims citing my frustrations, and advise on way forward. I get a read receipt on all the email I sent to ABSA, but to date no one ever respond to my emails.
