Leaking ceiling due to heavy rain and floods

I had logged a claim on the 12 April 2022 with regards to my house leaking and damaged ceiling due to the heavy rain and floods in Durban Kzn. Absa then gave me a claim no and brought through an accessor on the 19th of April 2022 and appointed a contractor to come and fix the issues. The ceiling was then removed and put in a new ceiling , painted and skimmed the ceiling. I then asked about the roof and was advised that according to the accessors report I experienced water damaged due to heavy rain ,however a normal rain occurred on the 14th of April and I experienced leaking through my ceiling again. Now we had another series of heavy rain and floods yesterday and today and my ceiling is damaged. When I am unhappy about as I had expressed that my concern was the roof and I got ignored and no one came back to me with an answered I keep reaching out to Absa and I am being disregarded. @Absa I don’t know how else to get help! I have evidence of my ceiling with damages if the very same roof I had worries about . This is not on Absa I am a paying customer !!!!!
