Leaked Roof

ABSA Bank has now rejected twice my home repairs claims on a leaking roof, that was caused by two severe thunderstorms, and they (ABSA) claims it is because of NO maintenance of the roof, although the roof was twice water proofed through my own expenses. This is ridiculous and ABSA has become a very stressful bank to do business with. We cannot take responsibility as a family for natural acts of God, such as thunderstorms, and then get blamed for not maintaining the roof. We need a second opinion from another service provider, because A1 One Construction comes every time to the same conclusion. Please sent our PCR Constructions for a second opinion.
