LE CORDIER ESTATE

ABSA TRUST uses FDA Administration as a 3rd party for DECEASED ESTATES MANAGEMENT. I just received a letter from this company regarding my beneficiary and EVERYTHING WAS WRONG IN THE LETTER.

MY MOTHER PASSED AND THEY CAN'T EVEN SPELL HER NAME CORRECTLY????? I AM THE DAUGHTER AND THEY SAY.................DEAR SIR????????? What on earth are these people doing? they want to take 3.5% for administration and they can't even type a letter correctly. IT IS SO INSULTING THEY SPELL MY MOTHERS NAME WRONG. This is just not acceptable and SO UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO TAKE THAT AMOUNT FROM THE ESTATE if they cannot even produce a professional letter AND THEN expect me to update the document when it is sent in PDF WHICH IS NOT EDITABLE.

REALLY???? MAYBE SOME DISCIPLINARY ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN. It is hard enough dealing with the DEATH of my mother and then this? NO NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL!!!!!
