*********** LAZY TIRED STAFF

ABSA BANK BELLVILLE VOORTREKKER ROAD BRANCH! On Friday 22/03/2024 I requested an hour leave to go to absa branch cs my bank card had been retained by the ATM, mind you I can't order one online because I needed it URGENTLY. I got to the bank and I sat there for 30min with no help at all. Almost 50min later I raised my hand as an indication for help, calling an African lady wearing an absa dress uniform but she put me on hold cs she had to first attend her colleague friend so they can talk and laugh before she can attend me. 2min later she comes to where I was seated and I ask her when will I be helped cs I have been seated for almost an hour now with no direction. Did she not tell me that she is not at work, she was asked to help around by she's not there while she's there. That shook me a bit cs "bih explain it aren't you getting paid for being here". She continues to ask the reason why I am there like she's in a hurry to disappear cs she's can't be helping people cs she's "not there" while she there. I told her I'm here to make a new card cs an ATM has retained mine. She said "ohh nyooo the customer service is nyosed right now I don't know what's the problem go ask that lady she works at the customer service". I proceeded to ask this lady in a Hijab what's going on cs nobody knows anything and I am here for a new card. She told me right on my face that she closed the customer service cs she is working alone and she is tired. Again another shock! I look at her while she's helping someone else who is seated 3 seats away from her computer cs she's trying to disguise as if she's not working while helping someone else lowkey. She tells me I must order a new card online cs she's tired she's been there alone whole day. I told her I can't cs it's a process she proceeded to tell me I must come back Monday "cs I am tired". I left that door feeling like a piece of shxt cs Firstly, why did I have to wait an hour there. 2ndly, I'm ****ed to hear an adult same age as my mama telling me they are tired of working for their money. 3rdly, go sit at home if you tired of working

Absa please close my account cs I am done with you at this point. I literally just opened a Discovery banking account cs I can't deal with the *********** 3 yr old that you hire. If your stuff is that tired please send them home cs I don't wanna hear how much a person is tired when I am tired myself from working for the money that I want. Im fxcck done with ABSA. peace out.
