Lazy collection agents who don't do their job - Disgusting service

So I am gatvol with the service that Absa is giving me. I have been referred from pillar to post I even wrote here in Dec then I was given a number to contact but the guy gave me email addresses of the lazy agents from the collections department of which I sent an email to 3 of those agents yesterday & this morning till now there's no response. You people are not professional. You keep taking me from pillar to post then increase money on my account. I am tired of your nonsense. Since last year Nov I've been trying to get hold of the agent who handles my account till today!
