Lazy Case Manager- Nthabiseng Sibanda!

There is this case manager by the name of Nthabiseng Sibande,let me tell you something, you and Absa are a match made in hell! She is supposed to be a case manager but the girl is very lazy and quick to close your case after one failed attempt to contact you. She is telling me that im owing for September but I have been getting calls PRIOR to September, More than 6 months of ABSA’s harrasment! They took almost a week to call me back and still come back with inaccurate information??? If you have to look from the time in which I started paying the car to get that one month that YOU didnt allocate, do so coz i cant be paying every month and still be owing every month! Yeses!!!!
