Law For All ****

Absa is using Law for All to insult its clients. I have been a private client with ABSA for a long time to be insulted by the assessment claim team like that.

They are rejecting claim on the basis of their own personal feeling and regards the agreement that I had with the service provide as a “MERE” verbal agreement. It is a total insult to say a client had an insignificant verbal agreement. This word is used to emphasise how small and unimportant something is.

It was at this stage when I realised that they have a personal problem with me personally as they now require me to write another motivation so that they can decline it too without following their own terms and conditions.

A claim was made without my consultation so that they can decline it based on outstanding documentations which were requested. I resubmitted everything and comp**** with their requests but they still decline that I must write a report.

According to exclusions- Quantification has never been the reason to exclude a claim
