Late Husband's Estate

I am writing this letter to you today because I am at my wits end and don’t know who can help me anymore. My husband died 6 September 2015. I was appointed as Executrix in the estate of my late husband. Absa Trust was appointed to me and a power of attorney was signed in favor of Absa to administer the Estate of my late husband. Absa admitted that they made a big mistake when they registered the property in Meerensee in my name as well as my son’s name. They then had to reregister the property correctly. This caused big problems when I couldn’t buy a new house as a result of this. This process took a long of time and financially ruined me. The liquidation and Distribution Account is still not correct and I am not happy with the all the administration expenses that I was charged. This is not fair as Absa mismanaged this account and it cost me dearly. At the time of my husband’s death I was pregnant with our second child which I lost as a result of the emotional shock. My son was 5 years old at the time and he was devastated. I relocated after the death of my husband and have bought another property in Hilton. I was not able to proceed with this transaction until Absa corrected their mistake. This cost me to pay monthly rent of R9000 for an extended amount of time. I am a single mom and I am battling financially because of this matter that has not been finalised. Currently, I am not represented by an attorney. I have been pursuing this claim in good faith, in hopes of settling amicably. I am claiming damages from Absa in the form of financial and emotional damages occurred. I am asking anybody to help me. I am desperate to put this entire Absa experience behind me and carry on with my life with my son.
