Late Estate *******!!! Willing to kill an Heir

I am utterly disgusted at Absa’s Wills and Trusts departments. You are willing to let an Heir continue in medical distress and even die because you are so money hungry to take 3.5% from an Estate that you haven’t even done the work on! You haven’t obtained any of the documents, contacted creditors, made payment arrangements or anything!

I have! Me, the deceased’s daughter and Co Executor. I have done all the work, why? Because I expect nothing from her Estate and would rather what needed to be done be given to the Heir who is not financially stable nor independent.

We are now sitting on day 7 going onto day 8 without power to the house because an AOD has lapsed with COJ due to family paying late and I need access to funds to pay to the 30% deposit on a new AOD. But Absa is happy to let the Heir go without his insulin as a diabetic and his oxygen with his chronic lung disease, then hand over my mother’s original will and relinquish Executorship!

Disgusting! You are ******ers! You are despicable, money hungry people with no care for grieving families!

We as the family do not want you, the Heir does not want you.

I want my mother’s original will couriered to me tomorrow before end of business as well as a document confirming that you are relinquishing Executorships!

I will not go silently into the night and I will not bury another parent because you selfish money hungry people.

This is a matter of life and death!!!
