Late estate - Urgent Assistance Required: Original Registration Documents for Vehicle Transfers

Absa, in particular Absa Trust!!! It took us almost a year to get my dad's estate resolved. Now I am just trying to get the executor to get in touch with me, so that I can get forms to him to sign so that I can get the vehicle registered in my name. USELESS!!!! E-mail after e-mail, he reads it, but does not bother to come back to me and let me know if I can personally drive to his office and bring it to him, just to put his signature to paper or I should courier it. Absa Trust is absolutely useless.
