After 6 weeks Absa Bank Ltd send the proof of payment for the Funeral Home, so that my brother can be buried. It's been 7 weeks that my brother past on and I can not believe that a big company like Absa Bank Ltd, can not have alternative policy in place for a funeral purposes. I am not complaining about funds for a birthday, wedding or vacation etc. It was a request to release funds for a Funeral. Absa Key West have done nothing extra to help the situation at all. The service provided by Merissa Groep was only Standard and nothing spectacular. She even forgot to give back the original death certificate after scanning it, we had to return to collect it. Absa Deceased estate, they have no service delivery. This public listed company deliver worse service than South African Public services. Home Affairs delivers better service! Thank you for nothing Absa Group Ltd
