Late estate division STOP playing games
ABSA I am really tired of running around for a case dating back to 2010. Late estate division STOP playing games. Is this how you get to sell people’s houses ? I have been trying to resolve a deceased late estate but I get different stories from different people all the time. I was dealing with Mpumi Madonsela ( the only efficient) person there , now I cannot find her anymore. Been going back & forth , sending emails & getting nowhere. This morning Phyllis Mabasa called me & did those “call centre “ tendencies of I can’t hear u”, gave her an alternative number she still did the same.& put the phone down . Nzwaki Majiyesi referred the matter to Phyllis Mabasa & Nokwanda Dandala . ABSA 13 years is a long time . I cannot waste money & time running around without assistance. Maybe I should be escalate the matter outside Absa!?
9 days later you are still looking for this file. It is very clear that ABSA is not interested in closing this matter,or resolving I will escalate it outside Absa bank . Thank you
