Late estate

Absa one of the biggest Bank in Africa has really disappointed and brought pain to us. My dad passed away last year and had a Will with Absa and choose them as his executor. During this process someone has managed to draw R500k from his estate, take over his property and cars while Absa is the executorship. We have made numerous follow ups with minimal feedback or no feedback most of the time. Our last email we sent was on the 17 June 2022 with Management included on the email and still on this day we have not recieved any feedback. We've been educated on how important it is to have a Will so that inheritance can be given to the rightfull owners and avoid quarrells but instead the very same organizations that are authority do nothing about about this. It really saddens me that dad had faith and trusted Absa to assist us but instead a year later nothing has been done. Communication is always initiated by us and Absa response to nowhere. I hope the Ombudsman of banking will look at this matter as we really going to turn to them for assistance.
