Late estate

It has been 2 months now, trying to close my late mother's bank account with Absa Bank.

I completed all the documents that were required at one of their branches and the docs were forwarded and no one said a word about any outstanding. A month later I decided to check up on the progress. To my surprise they had outstanding requirements which were never communicated. I forwarded the documents still waiting till today for them to do FICA. The estate late department is the worst. There is no communication and you have to follow up yourself if you want any kind of progress.
