Late estate

My dad passed away in 2002 and when he passed away he had a Will and had choosen Absa as an executor. We had approached Absa who than started with estate ie valuated his property, compiled his estate etc.

Everytime we ask for feedback we are taken from pillar to post. Its almost three years and in this whole process, Absa has numerous administrators looking into the astate. Earlier this year we were asked by Absa to open a Police report for my dads gun as that was the only thing outstanding.

To my surprise this morning when finally got hold of Amanda the know administrator, she informed me that Absa can not assist us as there are no funds. My dads funds were woth Nedbank of which Absa claims that Nedbank does not want respond.

My concern is Absa has been giving us the run around for 3years and during all this time providing them with all the info they asked from us and today they tell us about Nedbank.
