Late Estate

absa sends me a SMS to close my son' s account. I went to bank to find out why. They say it is a late estate account. I say no impossible. My son is only 12years and still alive. They say reports is received from home affairs monthly and that is where they got the info from. They call home affairs no luck. I said they must sort it and come back to me. They never did. I decided to call home affairs. Got through the first time. They say my son's status is alive. Absa blames Home Affairs. This is pathetic service from Absa and up to now no one called me to confirm what next. I will have to close my accounts with Absa.
