Last application with Absa - Period

I app**** for a credit card. I've called numerous times and somehow i get different responses every time from it taks 24-48 hours, to it takes 7-9 days.

I have in numerous accounts sent the documents required, even though i bank with you, you still request my statement (i do not understand this). And at that, im told we still outstanding documents, documents have been processed, i Will personally give you a call back and yet... going on two weeks nothing!.

Personally, this is my last application with absa, went through the same nonsense since beginning of Feb with th the loan division.
