LANGUAGE PREFERENCE ISSUE
About 3 weeks ago my mother visited the branch to replace her expired card anticipating expiry of an investment, along in the process we asked that her communication be changed to English, yet to date she just received a TD022A notice of investment expiry and it's in Afrikaans. i warned you before that eventually i will close my accounts with you as well as her's. I closed my cheque account as well as insurances with you, Bond, car and her accounts to follow. CHANGE ALL HER COMMS TO ENGLISH!!!!
