I app**** for Vehicle finance online, then they said they can't verify me ,I have to go to the branch, I get to the branch a consultant says she is canceling first application and making a new one.

Both applications I was provisionally approved, I call for feedback, they say it is declined for duplicate applications, I speak to the consultant she says they need information from SAFPS, well I registered for ID protection and forwarded them the letter, what other information do you need?

To say you need more information on what the registration was for it shows *********** on your end, the registration was for ID protection after loosing my greenbook ID.
