Lack off consideration for their client

I am having a building loan where I bought a house in Montana, from Kaan Development. On February 2021, I wrote an email indicating that the developer does not want to do my snag list. The response that I received is negative. Firstly, the building loan was approved as an indication that the bank is working with the Developer on the project. The house bought technically belongs to the bank as I am still paying bond. How is it possible that the bank doesn't want to be part. What is said they didnt even investigate. That means we are going to be taken for a ride by developers without protection of the bank as their clients.
