Lack of toilet facilities

<p>I went to transact at the branch and requested to use their toilets, and was told that they do not offer the toilet facility for clients as it was in a secure area. That's a huge disappointment for a bank, which has huge volumes of clients that sometimes need to wait long in queues. </p>
