LACK OF SERVICE - HEAD OFFICE - INTERNET

We have ABSA Isando's old telephone number. We have spoken to ABSA Isando on many occasions about changing their number on the internet. They told us that Head Office I.T. department said that it is not they're responsability to change the number on the other web sites, we have to do it. HOW???? Can't they put up a adress change on google themselves so that when you google ABSA Isando then the new number comes up. Why cant they do it? So for the last year now we get at least 10 - 15 calls a day for ABSA Isando and as nice people we give the new number ***. Because if you phone ABSA Head Office JHB they give you the old number anyway, not even they have the new number, we told them months back the number they have is the old number.<br> PLEASE!!!! PLEASE!!!! do something about this. Your customers expects this from you and we loose precious time answering your calls and giving out your new number. SECOND ATTEMPT - CLAUDETTE LEWIS WAS GOING TO INVESTIGATE AND COME BACK TO ME...STILL WAITING. ALSO YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE COMPLAINING THAT THEY CANT GET THE NUMBER ON THE INTERNET AND I AM NOT GIVING IT ANYMORE. PLEASE PHONE ME
