Lack of service from ABSA and Velile Tinto

we bought a repossessed lot via ABSA, they appointed a company, Velile Tinto Law (https://www.tintolaw.com/) to handle our lot transfer in November 2020. We were threatened end of November that if we did not pay that lot in full we would loose it. We arranged finance and paid within 3 days. Since November until now (mid March 2021) the lot has not yet been registered in our name. We have tried to get feedback and updates from ABSA and Velile Tinto and no-one responds. We have finalised our house plans that we would like to submit for approval in order to start building and cannot even submit anything because we are still waiting for the tranfer to take place in order for the stand to be in our names. Even though we have paid the full amount in November because they bul**** us that if no payment was received within 3 days that we would loose that stand. As today we still struggle to receive updates regarding when the transfer will be lodged for transfer to the deeds office. We have signed all documents in November 2020 and still no updates or submissions have taken place. We are still waiting for feedback.
