LACK OF SERVICE

I've logged a claim with Absa building insurance on 21 June 2021 and to date did not get any feedback on my claim . I've followed up with the call centre numerous times but everytime got the feedback that it is still under review. I think the service is pathetic and the lack of feedback even worst .
