Lack of Service

<p>I was contacted for a limit increase on my credit card which I accepted. I was told to email either 3 months salary slips or 3 months bank statements. I chose to email my salary slips which I have done four times now but I still get requests by sms to submit my information. I phoned Absa and I was told that they have the information they are processing everything, low and behold I get ANOTHER sms today asking for me to submit my information - how pathetic and what a lack of service, appalling, stop wasting my time with your incompetency!</p>
