Lack of professionalism.

Unfortunately the people my husband had to deal with here is very unprofessional. Major lack of communication and they seem uninformed. The consultant my husband spoke to said he will call back on Tuesday with information, and its Friday and were still waiting for that phonecall. According to my knowledge the code of conduct for the bank is to Provide you with effective and adequate disclosure of information, Provide you with information, staff members must attend to your transactions and enquiries promptly. But not us. We are not important enough because the account is now settled with them, so our needs is no longer important. Will defnitief not go into business with them again.
