Lack of Payment

Good day,

On the 27th of May 2026, I transferred money (500) from my absa account to capitec account using payshap. On the bank statements it said that there was a technical error but the money was deducted from my account and did not come back to my absa account.

The money has not reflected to capitec and i called the ABSA to check where is the money and it’s been days since it’s not reflecting to my ABSA account.

I called ABSA and they said the money has been received by Capitec, I also called Capitec but they said no money was transferred to their account.

I am very confused by the situation and I humbly request assistance on this matter. Both side are saying different things and I am greatly frustrated by what is going on.
