Lack of feedback - Woman Empowerment Fund
I previously app**** for start up funding for my business because ABSA is the only financial institution that offers start up finance. I started this process in April. It is still not resolved, I am aware that the delay was from my side on the first month but since the beginning of May - I have been working tirelessly to ensure that the work is done quicker. However, that is not what I am getting - their last response said my cashflow is not giving them enough information - the cashflow did have the information they asked for. This led me to believe that nothing has been done on my application. The banker assigned to this is not helping either because I am constantly having to call or email and follow up on a regular basis. She either never responds or she sends me one line responses. This is really draining to a small business. I am at the verge of letting go of the 2 contracts that I have but no one is understanding that. I am being asked to provide long term SLA's - I can't do that - I am in the learnership space - we do not do long term contracts. Everything is renewable annually because it is based on the number of employees and the salary bill of the client on verification year - having long term contracts can't work to our benefit. Please help me with the verdict of my application.
