Lack of customer support
I've been trying to get my tax certificates for shares held at ABSA for sometime now. I'm getting pushed from pillar to post with no result. I'm sure that the current CEO would be thrilled at the astounding lack of customer service.

14 Aug 2020, 13:32The account Number: C***. I materialised the shares late last year and sold them at the beginning of year, all through Computershare. However, for tax purposes, I would need the necessary capital gains tax certificate. Thank you.
