Lack of customer service

Bad service to absa tsakane mall in Ekurhuleni, I went there to do deposit stand in que for long then eventually I went did my deposit but surprisingly there where old people asking for assistance from customer service providers but they kept on saying they are coming but they did not I had to spend about 15min trying to help people for proof u can ask for a video footage from there I was wearing orange jumpsuit time 13:10 to 13:30 then I'm wondering why I'm not being hired while I can help people with a passion and my expertise of course instead people who are hired doesn't even have passion in them to assist people absa its time you do a review with your staff and start hiring people like me with passion to help people my name is Bongiwe Khoza
