Lack of customer service

Good day, i am trying to contact Absa regarding SMS's I keep receiving about Money Builder account. I get these SMS's daily and I am trying to ascertain whether I have an active Money Builder account. I have tried to phone in numerous times and have been sending emails to no avail. Can someone please come back to me
