Lack of communication in trust department

I'm trying to get hold of the trust department, I have a specialist appointment for my son and in need of money to pay for it, which the trust is suppose to cover. Their phone rings and no response to my emails. I'm so stressed out no number where someone can assist me it's frustrating especially if you in dire need.

And these appointments are pricey! Not happy with their communication at the moment.
