Lack of communication from my trust manager

To whom this may concern.

I have a complaint against Absa Trust Services and the people who is handling my funds.

It's been months. I have been asking for one thing but it seems to be impossible to get it , my trust manager has been promising me that she will call me , sometimes she even organizes online meetings but they never happen. Three weeks later after i wrote a review she called me and she told me that the trust approved the request but she disappeared like nobody's business, she's always booked off, she never communicates and she does not reply to any of my emails.

I'm so tired of asking for one thing over and over again. Can someone help me
