LACK OF COMMUNICATION

I have been trying to contact Absa Trust by phoning and by email concerning my son's registration fee payment but to no avail! No response, no nothing! Registration is nearing to an end and I don't know whether they've paid or not!! This is soon frustrating 😤!!
