LACK OF COMMUNICATION
Activate by ABSA is a JOKE, I thought it was the best insurance company only because I've never heard anyone complaining about them but let me be the first one to complain.
I was involved in a small accident, someone bumped my car from behind and got a small bumper damaged at the back. He i was thinking it's going to take few days to fix it but instead it's taking more than 3 weeks. I had to call them and cancel my claim only because they lack communication, you are the one who must call them everyday worried sick about your car. Last night around 00:00 I've received a call from my tracking company stating that my car battery has been removed or it's flat, When i check the location it's in Kempton Park and not in Sandton anymore. I really don't know what's happening with these people and LACK OF COMMUNICATION.
I even called the Activate ABSA call centre those people are acting like a bunch of amateurs, they don't know S*** about what's going on. The said his still waiting for the manager m***xxm, you know what it's really okay now, just give me back my car and money that I've been paying. I will make a plan!!
