Lack of communication and efficiency

My sister requested a R85 000 loan from ABSA Bank because she would like to bay a car cash and wanted to pay off the loan quicker and she is an existing client of theirs for many years now. She submitted her application on the 8th of June and constantly followed up via Emails and Calls and was told that Lerato will call her back which newer happened, Lerato only called her yesterday to confirmed that she sent the application through yesterday the 10th of July. I really don't understand why one can be lacking on their job. My sister has decided to break the committed relationship with ABSA Bank and wants to move to another Bank.

All we want is communication and efficiency.
