Lack of assistance and poor advertising for business banking solutions!
ABSA Business Banking Credit Solutions advertise online for easy application process, called Business banking call centre and no one can help, been 3 days and they send me from pillar to post and then eventually tell me otday the online process doesnt work very well, business bankers are on leave and I will not get help unless I go to a branch for help, why advertise digital soultions and get no help!!!!
