Lack of accountability and inconsistent staff from complaints and customer service

Oh! Absa vehicle finance service consultant are useless as well as the complaints department. This people are so *********** and they are inconsistent they are making me suffer even after all docs were emails on the 6th of May no one wants to take accountability for the error. Instead they keep on asking me 1 thing over and over again. But 1 thing I know is thdt just 1 missed payment I'll receive million calls from their collectors I regret financing my car with them I am. Definitely moving to a different bank thdt care about their clients unlike Absa
