KYC hold not uplifted
My wife's debit card was "locked" due to a KYC hold which we went to the Absa Clearwater mall branch to resolve. This took us 45mins to complete taking away the 35min waiting time.
She even received the SMS stating the request was received and processed successfully. Upon using the card again the card transaction declined.
Now my wife cannot access HER OWN money because this Africanacity bank cannot do a simple task effectively.
