Kulula ********** debit for the third time!
Hi Absa. Please assist me...again Kulula continues to **********ly debit my account for a flight that I paid for in November 2020. My statement even reflects that this amount has been paid for. Please look at my bank statements to see this proof (specifically the debit for 23/11/2019 or POS purchase for 01/12/2019). Absa assisted me last year twice by reversing this amount. My debit orders will now bounce again because of a company that's in business rescue and is looking for a quick way to make money. This is unfair. As my bank you should be able to monitor for and stop such *****. Please have a look and advise urgently.

03 Feb 2021, 21:35I'm looking at my previous correspondence and this is the email I received from you: " According to the Card Association Rules (Visa and MasterCard), the merchant bank has 45 days to respond. If the merchant bank presents the transaction and provides us with the necessary documents, the account will be automatically debited with the amounts concerned." Kulula didn't come back to you after 45 days. They just continue to debit every 6 months for no apparent reason. Please assist me with this. I will be going to the goods and services ombud to report Kulula.
