Knocking off late
The only problem i have is, absa branch in warrenton northern cape, they always knocks off late. This thing is so fustrating. My wife works there, imagine from monday up untill saturday knocking off late. By late i mean during the week is either 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm. It makes nosense what is the branch manager doing up until that time. My wife doesn't even get the chance to cook a proper meal for me. Saturday the knock off at 3"00 pm. I thought banks closed at 3:30 during the week and 11:30 saturday. How do i get this thing resolved. I mean i have two kids alwaus asking me when is their mom knocking off. Sometimes when i fetch her from work my kids are sleeping. Please give me some advice on what to do concerning this absa branch in warrenton northern cape. What must i do to report this branch? Thank you

15 Sept 2023, 10:04Good morning. I will like to report this matter. I am a client at absa bank, I have accounts with absa. I have recently switched my salary reason being that my wife, she works at absa. And she will go through my account without having any authority to do so. How I found out, I changed her as a beneficiary on my insurance and she called me to question about it. I asked her to stop doing that but she kept going through my account. I want to find out from absa if employees are allowed to go through customers account without authority. And which action should be carried against such behavior.
