Kicked out of bank because I had a grocery trolley

Today on the 20th October I went to Absa bank in Garankuwa city mall. I was from a grocery store and when I got to the bank there was no security outside so I went with my trolley inside the bank. One of the ladies whom I didn't take her name who's an employee from the bank told me to leave my grocery trolley outside the bank without anybody having to look at it. So I asked who will look after it and she told me no one they don't have a security. It's not stated anywhere on the walls that trolleys aren't allowed. So I couldn't do what I had came to do at the bank. That was totally a poor service and deserve some apology from the lady herself.
