Absa is the worst bank to be working with. I was behind on my home loan and I caled them to ask what was the arrears of which they gave me and whoever that helped me forgot conveniently that the amount she gave me includes the current month's debit no problem I paid the amount. Then a few days later they sent an sms saying 0.00 will be due for this month on my debit date, guess what they debited me meaning now an over with 8.8k and here an waiting for a refund guess what today they send me am sms that am due with R150 Rands for what and how it beats me. I really need to cancel all my accounts with bank
