Keeps getting worse..

I've been banking with ABSA for years and today they literally made me contemplate leaving them for another banking institution! The lack of customer service . I was sent to so many different departments with no resolution! They can't even tell me why certain features thats supposedly on the APP is not showing on my side when in fact I have the updated app! After hours on the line still no resolution as to where my replacement card is! This is a major inconvenience !
