Whenever I go to this branch, I find her the same person she was the last time I left. It doesn't matter what time of the day it is. I was having trouble with my Internet banking. I did try to get help before from one of her colleagues but unfortunately I wasn't helped. I took a chance and asked Ash Pillay if she can help me. She phoned the head office for me and we found out that my Internet banking was linked to my old card which has expired. That was sorted and now I can carry with my banking wherever I am.
