It’s like an ongoing battle with this bank and the credit card division that does nothing.

I don’t know how many times or even who to speak to as this is getting out of hand.

I have sent through my email to ask if they can put the card on hold. After exposing to the bank I can’t pay more than R500 now the card has an additional interest I must pay back. Wow talk about *****ing you over as a customer.

After several emails sent and requests to block, STOP the card or put it on hold it’s now an additional R14k on top of The R50k

Mark my words when we reach R50k you have your payment, I told you numerous times I am not going to pay back additional money being charged on top of this card as I don’t have an income.

Shame best we get this resolved quickly and not reply with the same story, come with a solution to help your customer banking with you for over 28years!!!!!
